Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be speaking on “The Human Rights Agenda for the 21st Century” at Gaston Hall at Georgetown University this Monday, December 14th at Noon.  The address will  be available for live viewing on http://webcast.georgetown.edu/live It can also be accessed after the event at http://webcast.georgetown.edu.

This should be an especially interesting address in light of the human rights challenges that the Administration has faced and the seeming devaluing of the role of human rights in foreign policy that marked the early days of Secretary Clinton’s tenure in office.
