President Omar Al Bashir of Sudan

Earlier today, Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court, issued a press release indicating that it would rule on March 4 on the question of whether to issue a warrant for the arrest of Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir of Sudan.
