What is so chilling to me is Yoo’s nonplussed attitude. And I thought my head was going to explode when he compared torture to the Emancipation Proclamation (in terms of executive powers in wartime). Does he operate in a complete moral vacuum? (Guess so…)

And yet, he is a law professor. Boggles the mind.
Might as well appoint someone like former Salvadoran Justice Minister Jose Guillermo Garcia a professor of law.
