		<description>Re-reading the statement I have to admit that Obama was probably not surprised.  In fact, going from what diplomacy with North Korea looks like, I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if the statement has been edited and re-edited since the first signs that North Korea really did intend to launch something.</description>
