Video: International Law and the Threat of Force

Last Friday, February 4, the Institute for Law, Science, and Global Security at Georgetown University co-sponsored a panel with the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies on International Law and the Threat of Force. The panel was part of the Program on Nonproliferation Policy and Law which is sponsored by the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

It was my pleasure to participate with three excellent panelists:  (left to right above) Professor Catherine Lotrionte, Associate Director of the Institute, Professor Leonard Spector, Director, James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies Washington DC Office, Monterey Institute for International Studies, and Professor Professor Orde Kittrie, Professor of Law, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University. The videos from the panel are:

Part 1 – Introduction and Commentary

Part 2 – Commentary

Part 3 - Questions from the Audience

Part 4 – Questions from the Audience
