Video: Joseph Cirincione on the conflict in Korea and START

Joseph Cirincione, President of the Ploughshares Fund, and adjunct professor in the MSFS Program at Georgetown University, gives his assessment of the developments in North Korea. Joe makes a very persuasive argument that positive action by the United States Senate on the ratification of the new START agreement will strengthen the position of the U.S. in the Korean conflict.
