BREAKING NEWS: Supreme Court upholds federal law prohibiting “material support” to terrorist organizations

In a 6-3 decision, in Holder v.  Humanitarian Law Project, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the relevant prohibitions on providing “material support” to terrorist organizations are constitutional. The full opinion can be found here.  Analysis to follow.
